The headquarters of Aldar Academies, delivered to LEED Platinum, the tier where the lighting scope has to be documented and proven, not just look right. I oversaw the design and management of the lighting systems, aligning client specifications with the requirements Platinum certification demands.

What Platinum asks of the lighting

At Platinum level, the lighting scope carries real certification weight: lighting power density that beats the baseline, controls that satisfy both the energy credits and the occupant-experience credits, and paperwork that proves all of it. The job was balancing three things at once. The client's spec, the designer's intent, and the certification math all had to hold, without letting any one of them slip.
